The event is a Satellite Meeting of the International Congress of Mathematical Physics (Geneva, August 2-7) and will take place just ahead of the Young Researchers Symposium (July 29-31).
Transportation
Leysin can be reached by public transportation, e.g. from Geneva, by train, by changing in Aigle and getting off at Versmont. A 10 minutes walk, slightly downhill, leads to the hotel.
Alternatively, the walk can be avoided by changing to a different train in Aigle which leads to Le Sépey (gare); there change to a bus and get off at Leysin (place du Marché).
