Postdoc Positions

The group of Matthias Gaberdiel at ETH Zürich invites applications for a postdoc position in theoretical or mathematical physics, starting in the autumn of 2024. Positions are usually for two years, with the possibility of an extension to three years, depending on availability and performance. The research interests of the group include quantum field theory, quantum gravity, string theory, conformal field theory, and integrability. Most of the group activities take place jointly with the group of Niklas Beisert and Johannes Broedel; the group has also close connections to the group of Giovanni Felder and Rahul Pandharipande in Mathematics.
